Marketing & Brand Development Coordinator (Luxury Home Builder)
TrueLux Fine Homes is seeking a strategic and creative marketing professional to strengthen our brand presence, tell our story, and foster community connections. This role will not be focused on technical marketing such as SEO, website development, or Google Ads those functions are already handled by our technical marketing agency. Instead, this position is designed for a vision-driven, creative-minded individual who can both shape the brand strategy and bring it to life visually and verbally across multiple platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Branding
- Partner with leadership to define and refine the TrueLux brand voice and market positioning.
- Develop and manage a 12-month marketing calendar aligned with business goals.
- Identify and pursue branding and community engagement opportunities (events, sponsorships, partnerships).
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all materials, social media, and community interactions.
Creative Content Development
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers to capture completed projects.
- Write and publish press releases for major company milestones, awards, and project launches.
- Manage company social media platforms (posting, engagement, and growth strategies).
- Oversee blogging and online storytelling that highlights projects, client experiences, and industry insights.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, event displays, email campaigns, and branded client collateral.
Community & Public Relations
- Represent TrueLux Fine Homes at industry events, networking functions, and select community gatherings.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, industry partners, and referral sources.
- Develop and coordinate seasonal promotions, open houses, and client appreciation events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, or creative content development (real estate, architecture, or luxury construction a plus).
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual identity.
- Proficiency in Canva (Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Meta Suite a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with photographers, videographers, and other creatives. Managing the photoshoots
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
What This Role is Not
This is not a technical marketing position the role will not be responsible for:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Website design or development
- Google Ads or paid digital campaign management
- These functions are handled by our marketing agency, allowing this position to focus entirely on strategy, creative execution, and brand presence.
Compensation:
- Full Time
- $55,000 to $60,000, Based on experience
- $300/month travel stipend for approved marketing events or NAHB meetings
- $500 paid toward Health insurance plan a monthly
- 401 (k) benefits available
